Dr. Olaf Skibba has studied mechanical engineering in Hanover, Germany, with a focus on processing (finished in 1998). He finished his PhD in 2005 at Coventry University with a thesis on continuous mixing of powder rubber. Dr. Skibba has been working for VMI for approximately 20 years.
